***10 Students Earn Black Belt***

                Ten students, all of the Lake Norman area recently earned their Black Belts at the R.T. Berry School on May 2nd.  This was the School’s 15th Black Belt testing since it opened in Mooresville in 2001.  The students testing had been preparing over the past several months together, and training hard over the last several years.  Mr. Ryan Best, a 20 year student at UNCC achieved his 3rd degree.  He has been training since 1996, and with Master Berry since he opened the doors in May of 2001. Mrs.  Jennifer Ratcliff, a teacher at Woodland Heights Elementary, received her 2nd degree Black Belt as well.  Mr. Gib Morrow, Mr. Noah sprinkle, Mr. Caleb Sprinkle, Mr. Kenny Fletcher, Mr. Kendal Fairfax, Miss Samantha Little, Miss Alex Sospenzo, Mr. Charlie O’Tuel all achieved their first black belt.
