Three years ago, I was 38 years old, with two kids, and working full-time when I began my journey with Master Berry.  I was searching for something that was challenging, both physically and mentally.  What I found was a place that taught/modeled discipline, integrity, and excellence in a way that I had never experienced before.  For me, training has intertwined mind, body and soul; allowing me the opportunity to be the best I can be in every role I play.   Master Berry's passion and commitment to his students is evident.  There is no one (child or adult) who would not benefit from his instruction.  Training gave me a road back to myself, for that I am truly grateful.
